I highly recommend First Light Auto Body! They had my car for about nine days to repair my damaged bumper and kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. Jonathan provided excellent communication and regularly updated me on the progress of my vehicle. They also recommended another trusted local company to replace my windshield, which had been damaged by road hazards. When I picked up my car, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had even given it a nice hand wash! As a local business owner, I truly appreciate the importance of supporting other local businesses—especially those that provide outstanding customer service. I’ve been here twice now. Quick and professional getting me the quotes, cheap/reasonable prices, and then quick and professional getting the work completed! They also stayed open late on a Friday so I could come pick my car up, the second time the price came in $300 cheaper than I’d agreed to pay initially, because they were able to figure out how to fix/re-use 3 parts to save me money, and there’s a precious shop cat you can pet while you wait. Great work and good people!

I came to First Light with damage to my bumper from being rear ended back in December. I received my estimate and then waited because the other person’s insurance was not getting back to me. I expressed this to Jonathan at First Light and he said “don’t worry, I’ll take care of it.” Within a week or two, I finally received a check from the insurance company. First Light had my bumper fixed within a week. This is a local, family owned business with an incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive staff. My car looked good as new and I strongly recommend First Light for their body repair services.
